📄 1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and euro888 ("euro888", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the euro888 website accessible at https://euro888.cam and all services, features, and content provided therein.

By accessing the euro888 platform, creating an account, making deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of another individual.
• You have not previously had an Account with euro888 that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you are participating voluntarily and solely with funds you can afford to lose.
• You are not classified as a compulsive or problem gambler and are not registered on any self-exclusion programme.

👤 4. Account Registration

You may register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — are strictly prohibited. euro888 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any associated winings, and withold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, Malaysian contact number, and residential address. Any false or misleading information provided during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. euro888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. In the event you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately via the Live Chat function on the Platform or by email.

euro888 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

💳 5. Deposits & Payments

euro888 accepts deposits from Malaysian players through the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB), bank wire transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous prepaid instruments, or accounts belonging to other individuals are prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 20 for e-wallet methods and MYR 50 for bank transfer methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. euro888 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may levy their own applicable charges.

euro888 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking networks, or technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers. Processing times are estimated and may vary, particularly during peak periods or system maintenance windows.

🏧 6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Account holders who have completed the KYC process as described in Section 10. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. There is no maximum withdrawal cap for verified accounts under normal operating conditions, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional review and may require additional supporting documentation.

Estimated withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-Walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes during operational hours.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB): Typically 5–15 minutes.
• Bank Wire Transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes during business hours.
• USDT TRC20: Subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15–60 minutes.

euro888 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements. In such cases, euro888 will communicate the reason for the delay to the affected player as soon as reasonably practicable.

🎁 7. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, euro888 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by euro888 unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiple (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering must be completed within the stated expiry period.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: A maximum single-bet limit of MYR 300 applies when using active bonus funds unless a specific promotion states a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Unexpired bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Sticky Bonuses: Certain bonuses are classified as "sticky" — meaning the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn, only winings generated from the bonus can be cashed out after meeting wagering requirements. Whether a bonus is sticky will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable from any single bonus promotion is capped at 5× the bonus value received.

euro888 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. euro888 also reserves the right to void bonus winings and restrict withdrawals from accounts where bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors is suspected.

⚽ 8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the euro888 sportsbook — including bets on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and all other covered events — are governed by the specific sport and market rules published on the Platform. These rules govern matters including settlement of bets on abandoned or postponed events, rules for in-play wagering, and the treatment of bets where scores are incorrectly displayed due to data feed errors.

euro888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly eroneous odds (also referred to as "palpable errors") regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. A palpable error occurs when odds are materially different from the true market price due to a technical, human, or data-feed error. Affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's Account.

Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits may vary by event, market, player account tier, and time relative to the event. euro888 reserves the right to reduce maximum stake on any bet or suspend betting on any market at its sole discretion.

All decisions made by euro888 regarding bet settlement, including decisions related to result disputes, are final and binding on the player.

🚫 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the euro888 platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or registering on behalf of a person under 21.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any part of the Platform or its games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Abusing bonus or promotional offers, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to clear wagering requirements, systematically exploiting welcome offers, or coordinating with others to abuse referal programmes.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities using the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, if you have been notified that such access is not permitted.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any software or technology underlying the Platform.

🪪 10. KYC & Identity Verification

euro888 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing their first withdrawal. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process is a standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention requirement applicable to online gaming platforms.

You will be required to submit the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid Malaysian identity document — MyKad (NRIC), Malaysian driver's licence, or valid passport. Both front and back of MyKad and driver's licence are required.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 3 months showing your full name and current Malaysian residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of you holding your identity document, clearly showing both your face and the document simultaneously.

euro888 aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. You will be notified of the outcome via your registered email address. euro888 may request additional documentation in cases where the submitted documents are unclear, inconsistent, or require further verification.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a withdrawal request being submitted may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold until verification is completed. euro888 is not liable for any delays to withdrawal processing that result from a player's failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation promptly.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting data from the Platform by automated or manual means.
• Using euro888 trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent from euro888.

Any unauthorised use of euro888 intellectual property will be pursued vigorously through all available legal remedies.

⚖️ 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, euro888, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions, downtime, technical failures, or errors in the Platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.
• Losses incurred as a result of your gambling activities on the Platform.

In all cases, euro888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit euro888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

🔒 14. Account Suspension & Termination

euro888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the requested timeframe.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or prohibited conduct is suspected.
• A player has been identified as being under 21 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires Account action.
• It is in the interests of the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, euro888 will return any verified real-money balance to the player using their most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be forfeited in cases of breach.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and completion of any pending KYC requirements.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which euro888 operates. In the first instance, all disputes should be directed to euro888's customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If the matter cannot be resolved at this stage, the parties agree to escalate to the arbitration process described above.

Nothing in this clause limits euro888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm arising from a breach of these Terms.

📝 16. Amendments to These Terms

euro888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice to be provided to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure through our support team.
